We have found this beautiful idea on Pinterest a while ago. It is a very easy activity, no tutorial needed, maybe a bit of help from mum to tie knots.
Actually, kids on their own can create even more interesting combination of colours and materials than we would do, because they do not try to harmonise, just listen to their gut feel.
All you need is a few twigs, silk bands, cords, some natural resources like leaves, feathers, flowers etc. These magic nature wand serve also as a great toy afterwards. Little Bear loved to play magic with them, only imagination is the limit.
